Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Vexraloryz, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our residential cleaning services.

Services Description

Vexraloryz provides residential cleaning services in Wellington, New Zealand. Our services include regular cleaning of residential premises using methods that do not involve harsh chemical treatments. Services are provided according to the package selected and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Booking and Scheduling

All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our contact form, phone, or email. We will confirm your appointment and provide details regarding the scheduled service time. You are responsible for ensuring we have access to your property at the agreed time.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as agreed at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods which will be confirmed upon booking. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified of any changes before services are provided.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing access to the property at the scheduled time
• Informing us of any specific requirements or areas of focus
• Ensuring the safety of our cleaning team while on your property
• Securing or removing valuable or fragile items before cleaning

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when booking services
• Respect our cleaning staff and treat them with courtesy and professionalism
• Ensure a safe working environment for our team
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or website
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these acceptable use guidelines or engages in behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of our staff or property.

Limitation of Liability

Vexraloryz is fully insured. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed before cleaning
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We recommend securing valuable items and informing us of any fragile or special care items

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. Our goal is to address your concerns promptly and fairly.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute through direct communication, the following procedures apply:

• Informal Resolution: We will work with you in good faith to resolve any disputes through informal negotiation
• Mediation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, we may agree to participate in mediation through a mutually acceptable mediator
• Legal Proceedings: If mediation is unsuccessful or not pursued, disputes may be resolved through legal proceedings in accordance with applicable law

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies when necessary to protect their rights.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New Zealand, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
